I remember the smell of mimeograph ink! I wonder if they will discover that it was carcinogenic. Oh Well.
Sometimes you forget how much times have changed - until you see soething like this.
I think I might want one!!!!
Happy PFF!
Oh, how funny! My kids wouldn't even know what that was. My daughter is absolutely amazed whenever she runs across a pay phone!! :)
I think I'll go for the automatic inking version, I have a feeling the manual was very messy.
Oh, wow! What memories ... I can smell the ink and *hear* the clunk, clunk, clunk!!!!! Happy PFF!
Oh you've brought back memories. I was hooked on the smell of a good mimeograph! I love the office machine theme. I remember the first FAX machine at Michigan Bell. It was about the size of a muphy bed and it took about a month for the FAX to print out. We'd all sit around scratching our heads wondering how that all worked. Remined me of Tonto looking at the heep big flying bird in the sky.
This is wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
I used this Rex-Rotary machine to publish about 20 poetry magazines, actually small booklets, and the ink wasn't purple . . . purple ink was used in ditto machines. It was a kitchen table operation but I created a press with this great machine -- Duende Press . . . 1963 & on . . . thanks for this postcard! I'd love to get one, any ideas?
I just found one of these machines up in the attic of our school! I might have to spruce it up so it looks like the one in the postcard!
Looks classic but modern in function just like Paper Shredder. How much is this?
I have one. A new M4 in my house. I inherited it from my father. Its absolutely new. Its in it original package with their its owner manuals.
I wonder how this photocopier machine works.

I just found one of these in my parents garage. It had been used by my father when we was a Baptist Minister in the early seventies. I am trying to get some background info on as to when it was made. Any one have any info on that.
