This is "Slim the Clown" a.k.a. Fred Raposa. Although Google is great for everything, Slim is apparently missing from the Internet. This greeting card was sent from Fall River, MA, but the rest is a mystery!
Well, I once played as a clown in our school and I make the kids happy. There's nothing to be afraid on clowns its the people itself playing this character to be worried about. Cheers! Turbulence Training
Slim the clown a.k.a. fred raposa was married to my grandmother. They lived in fall river,ma.some of my fondest memories of slim was sitting at the kitchen table with him while he put on his makeup. He visited the children's ward in local hospitals to cheer them up.

I'm one of those people who has never been frightened by clowns. I quite like Slim! Happy PFF!
